Hook- J

Gauge 3 DC= 1 Inch

Skill level- Beginner


Ch.5 Join w/ sl. st. to form ring

Round 1- Ch 3(counts a dc now and throughout) 11 dc in ring Join w/ sl. st. (12 DC)

Round 2- Ch 3 DC in same st, 2 DC in each dc around Join w/ sl. st. (24 DC)

Round 3-Ch 3 DC in same st., *DC in next DC, 2 DC in next DC repeat from * around, Join w/ sl. st. (36 DC)

Round 4-Ch 3 DC in each DC around Join w/ sl. st (36 DC)

Round 5 Ch 3 DC in same st., *DC in next 2 DC, 2 DC in next DC, Repeat from * around. Join w/ sl. st. (48 DC)

Round 6- Ch 3, DC in same st,*DC in next DC, 2 DC in next DC Repeat from * around Join w/sl. st. (72 DC)

Rounds 7-10- Ch 3 DC in each DC around Join w/ sl. st (72 DC)

Round 11- Ch 1, SC in each DC around sl. st. to join

Round 12-(Can be omitted if you do not want a shell boarder) Ch. 3, 4 DC in same st.
*Skip 2 sc, sc in next sc, skip 2 sc 5 DC in next SC Repeat from * around to last 6 SC Skip 1 sc sc in next sc, Skip next sc 5 Dc in next sc, skip next SC sc in next and Join w/sl. st. Finish off and weave in all ends!
